State to Plate serves up trout
Well known West Australian chef is hosting the upcoming new foodie series which showcases the wonderful produce that is on offer in a own state. The TV series will be enticing their audience to experience food from Kimberley to the South west.
After Paul “landed” few Clover Cottage trout out of the lakes in front of the cottages, Don barbecued them simply using just butter, salt, pistachio and lemon myrtle. Tasted sensational!
