7th – 10th May 2012

Great stay, everything clean.  Paul was very helpful with fishing information.  Nothing to complain about (bread machine didn’t work, but didn’t matter!)  We only caught 1 trout in lower lake.  Went to trophy lake, but no luck!  Maybe it’s not the tools, but the fishing man!!!! We will be back in September.  VERY satisfied with accommodation.

A very serene, peaceful and quiet environment.  The cottage was great and the fireplace was rustic and fun, especially lighting it!  Floyd is one hell of a dog!  Never seen such a loving and adorable old feller; my grand daughter’s most affectionate companion during our stay.  The eleven of us stayed in cottages 3 and 4.  The fishing was great.  Caught 5 trouts- released 3 as not too big .  Caught 2 refine in the river in the opening near the canoe holding area.  Only my son and I fished and catching 7 was not bad. …. despite the sheep and the shit we absolutely loved the place!!!

Perfection is the only word to describe our stay!  So peaceful, quiet and healing surrounded by nature, birdsong.  The bleating of the sheep and the occasional “hello” from  Edith the donkey.  Crisp and dewy mornings to be seen as we snuggled  in our bed, the electric blanket as real bonus.  The welcoming smell of freshly baked bread on arrival and Floyd checking in each morning on his rounds- what more could you ask for.  We will be back!

Wow! Amazing!  Wonderful!

Loved it all! Another wonderful stay at Clover Cottage.  I caught a massive red fin perch in the trophy lake and 2 small trout on the lower lake. Hammock was awesome!  Thanks again.  Wait!  We loved the animals!  We will be back.  Second time here

Was here for work but still enjoyed having my breakfast and cups of tea on the balcony.  Coming back from work it was lovely tp head down to the river for a paddle in the canoe.  Great way to destress and get things in perspective.  Thank you so much for a fantastic stay.

What can I say!  WOW!!!!  Absolutely beautiful- to walk in a warm room with the hot bread baking- a great welcome and lovely jam.  Lovely and peaceful, scenic views flora and fauna fab.

What more to say FANTASTIC – will be back.

Very comfortable in the cottage.  Loved the animals and birds and the walk through the forest.  Catching a trout again on the fly made an old man happy

We have had a fantastic time-really felt at home here.  Bill loved his fishing and I just liked being around; so peaceful and calming.  Paul and Petrina thank you so much for everything and would love you both to stay with us in the UK.  Hope to come back here agin and have longer and meet up with George and Shirley again.

We loved staying here.  All the animals we saw were so cool.  The 3 hour drive here was not too bad after seeing lots of kangaroos was cool.  Amelle was very interested in the chickens.
