Truffle Hunting Time

“While many have tasted the truffle …these experiences are nothing compared to the moment you dig up your own. After that it’s an affair of the heart.” – Elizabeth Luard

The winter months of June, July and August are an exciting time at The Wine & Truffle Co. It is harvest time!

“Unearthing your first truffle is a sublime experience. The dogs are excited, there’s a distinct scent in the wintery air, you’re hands are dirty and there you are holding one of the most prized possessions in the culinary world, there’s nothing like it.” – Gavin Booth, CEO

The Wine & Truffle Co is one of the few truffières in the world that allow you to participate in the excitement of a truffle hunt, using champion dogs who will guide you to discover and locate the rare and delicious black Perigord truffle.

The Wine and Truffle Co are now taking bookings for truffle hunts on the weekends of June, July and August from just $60. Click here for more information or call the Truffle Company  on (08) 9777 2474 to make a booking.
